Our Team's Big Five Inventory-2 (BFI-2) Results

The Resolute Consulting team have all completed their own Big Five Inventory-2 (BFI-2) profiles. This self-assessment allows our team to effectively evaluate their characteristics across five established personality domains (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, negative emotionality, and open-mindedness)1.
A higher score in extraversion demonstrates a team member is more outgoing and energetic. High agreeableness identifies team members who tend to be compassionate, friendly, and cooperative in a team environment. Higher conscientiousness ratings provide insight into how self-disciplined and dependable a team member may be, and demonstrates a team member is highly efficient and well-organised. A higher negative emotionality score may demonstrate a team member is more vulnerable to the impacts of stress, and may react more emotionally to issues that arise. Lastly, a high open-mindedness score demonstrates intellectual curiosity and an orientation towards variety. Such team members are highly motivated and prefer variety over routine1.

Importantly, there is no perfect BFI-2 result. At Resolute Consulting, we believe the strengths of each of our team members complement those of other members, and use the BFI-2 results to help mould our experiences throughout the different stages of Tuckman’s Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing Model. Please see our individual BFI-2 profiles below for more information.
